The Race: Until the 51st edition of the GP Canton Aargau, Giant-Shimano rider Simon Geschke hadn't won a race since 2011. Geschke broke the drought when he outsprinted the 24 riders who had established themselves as the lead group during the 15 circuits of the Swiss town of Gippengen.

The Tour of Switzerland starts Saturday, June 14.
