Here's the photo sequence of today's terrific sprint:

They're going full gas. Bennati is on the left, in purple. It sure looks like Robbie McEwen (second from the left in red and black) is planning on going by on Bennati's left. Then there is Fernandez in orange and Cavendish in white.

Cavendish looks to be moving over and McEwen can't get by

Bennati and Cavendish throw their bikes and McEwen is well back. In white, on Fernandez's right is Bettini, who got fifth.

Even well after the line Bennati and Cavendish are still side by side.
